Karina Duyich serves as legal advisor to companies, domestic or foreign, in the area of TMT, stemming from her involvement in these areas from the inception of the opening of the telecommunications market in Mexico in the mid-199s.

Ms. Duyich has extensive experience in Corporate, Commercial and Compliance matters, deriving from her involvement as in-house general counsel for AT&T Mexico (AGNS) and Nextel Mexico, and subsequently as a private practitioner.

In addition to the foregoing, Ms. Duyich has supported its main client in connection with commercial matters in Latin America.

Legal Education:

Ms. Duyich is a graduate of the Universidad Iberoamericana, where she obtained her Law Degree in 1983.
